North Cork Creameries, a leading farmer-owned cooperative at the heart of Munster dairy, is seeking an ambitious and experienced Agri Sales & Logistics Manager to join our dynamic team in Kanturk. About the Role: This is a key leadership position focused on the efficient management and growth of our agri-trading division. You will oversee sales of feed, fertiliser, and other inputs while coordinating logistics to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery to our farmer customers. Key Responsibilities: · Drive agri-input sales and customer engagement across our network · Lead and manage logistics operations and supply chain efficiencies · Develop strategic partnerships and supplier relationships · Monitor market trends and advise on pricing and product mix · Lead a dedicated team and support continued growth of the business Ideal Candidate Will Have: · Agricultural Science/ Bio-Pharma/Dairy Science qualification or similar · Proven experience in agri-sales, logistics, or supply chain management · Strong knowledge of the agri-sector, particularly dairy and tillage · Excellent leadership, commercial, and organisational skills · A proactive approach with a strong customer service ethos Why Join Us?
